Idaho Cannabis History The use of cannabis is still fully illegal in Idaho, and possession of small amounts is considered a misdemeanor.  The only exception is CBD with 0% THC, which is lower than the 0.3% THC threshold allowed by federal law. Georgia Cannabis History Cannabis in Georgia is illegal for recreational use, but decriminalized in the cities of Atlanta, Savannah, and a few others.
